Heanor and Loscoe Town Council have been putting on an annual May Day event in the Market Place for as many years as we can remember, and this year is not exception, except they’re stepping it up a notch for 2014, and bringing a circus theme to the whole day.
Alongside the usual stalls, refreshments and Punch and Judy, this year will also feature Circus themed workshops for the kids, including Diablo juggling, uni-cycling, face painting and lots, lots more.
There will even be an interactive magic show and other entertainments, as well as the now famous Heanor Community Fair.
