Local charity and bestof member Salcare has recently launched a new campaign to help provide much needed food to people and families in need in our local area.
The proactive charity has teamed up with local mini-market Costcutters to set up a food bin, where caring shoppers can donate items of non-perishable food, which will then be given out to local people who approach Salcare for help.
Donations can be of any size, from one tin to a whole basketful, the important thing to know is that all of the donations will go straight to feeding local people.
Even if you don't make a donation, doesn't a local shop with a responsible heart deserve your support - please BUY LOCAL!
