Not all of us are going to be able to get up to London for this summer's big events – the Diamond Jubilee and the Games whose name cannot be mentioned for copyright reasons. But they will be extensively televised, and now is the time to start planning how you are going to view them, whether individually or in a party.
In a previous blog (25th July 2011), we discussed the options for displaying material to a group or party. These include a projector and screen, suitable for a seated audience in a relatively large indoor venue or a TV or Plasma screen, more suitable for a small venue, or with an audience on the move or for outdoor use. Various sizes and configurations of each can be provided, but it is important to start planning and booking now as equipment is likely to be in short supply nearer the time.
HDL Audio Visual Services Ltd are very happy to visit your proposed site without obligation to advise on the best option and to quote. All figures quoted will include delivery and installation of equipment and de-rig and collection (within a 25 mile radius of Henley). A small additional charge would be made if you require the services of an operator whilst the equipment is being used. Of course, additional services to make your party go with a swing can also be provided if required – lighting, sound, staging, special effects, etc. Enjoy the occasion!
