Henley Business School Receives Prestigious Quality Award
Henley Business School (Greenlands) has been awarded Certification to BS ISO 9001Quality Management
Alan Brand, Director of Hotel and Estate Services who led this initiative with Philip Catlow (Consultant) advised “this is a significant achievement for my team which involved setting up and implementing a quality management system which was then tested by BSI assessors during an extremely thorough 4 day assessment process. This award will compliment our other recent achievement, ISO 14001, which is focused on environmental management, together they will form the basis of our IMS, Integrated Management System. Catlow Consulting made a significant contribution as we knew that to achieve certification, we would need a facilitator with knowledge of our business and a rapport with our staff and we had worked with Catlow on a number of projects including ISO 14001.
