I’ve read a survey this morning listing the best shops for customer service in the UK – the winner was Lush, the cosmetics chain. Customer service has always been important but in the days of online shopping it is more important than ever. Personally it’s the customer service that keeps me in the High Street.
Our aim at thebestof henley-on-thames is to showcase the best businesses in the town. We encourage our members to get reviews from their customers and our local members to participate and review their favourite businesses. Our Buy Local week is back again this year from 2nd to the 8th June so why not kick it off by submitting review for one of these members?
