On the border of Herefordshire and Wales & tucked away in the hills is the Drovers Rest. A working farm and holiday retreat that comes complete with great foraging spots amongst its riverside, ancient woods, and common.
Our informative instructors will lead the way on an (approximate) 2.5hr walk teaching you how to identify various plants, flowers and mushrooms. You'll have the opportunity to taste our lovely foraged Elderflower champagne and a seasonal Wild Food soup! The day will finish with a lovely wild food feast prepared from the foraged goodies found that day!
(All full list of finds and recipes will be emailed to you after the course.)
