I cannot thank easyStorage enough for going completely out of their way to help me.
After mistakenly packing an important bag into the POD (my fault), the team at easyStorage moved heaven and earth to get it back to me. Not only did they find the right POD in minutes, but arranged for the whole thing to be returned to my address so I could retrieve the bag. Especially huge thank you to Tim, Gavin, Wayne, Len and Olly who were so happy to help and made nothing of the fact they were going very out of their way to fix my own mistake (late on a Friday evening as well!).
The service was impeccable and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Excellent service - would highly recommend. I received useful advice over the phone regarding my storage requirements, prices, insurance, student deals etc. The movers (Alex & Paul) arrived early within the given time slot and were very friendly and extremely helpful. Very quick and efficient job making the process of moving out of my student flat stress free.

Excellent service all round. Very cost effective. The two guys who removed my stuff were called Connor and Lewis and I couldn't have wished for a better duo. Very professional, friendly and respectful in my home and with my belongings. Protected everything and didn't waste any time. Made what would normally be a stressful time, pleasant. I highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and totally brilliant that this service exists as I wasn't looking forward to hiring a van and loading and unloading it myself.

My movers were really helpful and cheerful when helping me move my belongings out of my marital home. They were sensitive to the fact it had been a difficult process and couldn’t have been friendlier. They also made sure I got the most out of my pods, utilising the space effectively.
