The booking system was not great. Until we actually made the booking we were not aware of the details viz. that it was London we were dealing with and not a local office; did not know where our goods were being stored until the collection happened. With regards to the collection, we could not fault it. We received good communication from Eric and Gary telling us when they were arriving and they arrived on time. Eric and Gary couldn't have more helpful and very polite. They get 5 stars from us.

Russ & Oly were really great with the pick up. Russ called me the evening before and when 45 mins away, giving clear instructions and made everything simple and stress free. Both Russ and Oly were friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the service we received. Booking a collection was easy. The collection itself was great because the storage unit was brought to my house so I could see exactly how much space there was. Eric and Garry, the loaders, were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. They did an excellent job. The whole collection was done in less than half an hour. I would recommend this service.

We were so impressed with the team that came today, Gary, Eric and Pete. They were very friendly and pleasant young men. They had the 4 pods packed up really quickly. My husband and I both thought it was better than watching TV as they worked nonstop and sorted the boxes in such a way that there was no wasted space. I will definitely be recommending EasyStorage to friends and family. I'm hoping it will be the same team when we move into our new home but if not I'm sure they will be just as nice/good. We also appreciated the gift of a bottle of wine and cupcakes when they were finished. That was a very thoughtful thing to do.

The whole experience was easy and the guys were so helpful I had 2 guys stopping my storage off which I can remember 1 was Eric and can't remember for the life of me his partners name! But both were amazing. It all tan smooth and the guys moved everything in its place.

Our crew was Mehran, Louis, and Josh and they were absolutely fab. Even after a long and exhausting job before us, they were still as speedy and efficient as expected! Great, friendly guys, very gentle with all of our items and managed to pack an incredible amount into the space provided. 100000% worth it, we couldn't have had a better experience!

A very efficient (and joyful!) trio of Lenny, Trevor and Darren arrived at our flat, on time with the proper 30 minute heads up call. They swiftly put our boxes on the pods and even gave us hand with some dis-assembly required.

Wow! What a great experience. Pete and Rich were so professional and how they managed to get all my stuff into three pods was unbelievable. They arrived on time, did not stop until fully loaded, and firmly refused a can of lager even tho it was pretty hot. Well done Easystorage and Pete & Rich!
