This is the first time that I have used easyStorage and I was pleasantly surprised by the service after using a different company in the past. The two removers arrived just after the 39 minute alert call and we’re polite and courteous. They asked questions and covered a bed mattress before removing it unlike my previous firm. I would recommend eastStorage to my family and anyone who was going to move house.

Great job from Trevor and Constantine on the 2nd of April. They were very friendly and professional. Kept me informed of the process and answeared all my questions. My belongings were picked and packed carefully and in a very organized manner. Highly recommended!

Updated - the two workers are still great, the problem is after I unpacked today, I found that my rice cooker is gone, so is my cashmere coat, so is my texas instrumental calculator, and my electric kettle. What's going on?

Tim came on time. And they brought contents back in safely. As the carpet has been washed I asked politely to take their shoe off when they go upstairs. So they did with understanding. Tim son was very good and careful when carrying the stuff.
