Great service! The loaders were very pleasant people and didn't waste time loading the van. My only slight irk was that they did occasionally bang the furniture against walls and doors while carrying out, but to be fair it was heavy and awkward furniture. On the whole a very good and pleasant experience.

Great experience with EasyStorage. Jeremy, Lenny & Samson came and emptied my flat quickly and efficiently. I live on a high street so very difficult to park and have had problems in the past with movers who have complained, but they made it so straightforward. My whole flat was emptied in 34 minutes. Thanks so much!!

Excellent service. Richard, Peter, Jack and Ashley came with the pods. The sofabed was extremely heavy and had to be carried down several flights of stairs. They did it without fuss and a smile on their face. Would definitely use Easystorage again. The boys are a credit to your company. Thank you.

Had my contents in storage while I refurbished my house. The pods were very clean and well stored as I recently visited the unit. Really super helpful staff who bent over backwards to help me unload and great care was taken keeping brand new carpets clean and building my slatted beds. I’m very grateful! We had arranged for our storage to be collected around 11-12 pm, we had received contact from the company advising us the team would be late due to a job over running - as we was informed with in enough time prior to our slotted time this was not an issue. The guys turned up and got right to work. Both really friendly and professional! The job was done and dusted within 40 minutes and we had no issues! Everything was handled with care and i felt happy knowing my stuff was safely stored away in its sealed containers. Highly recommend

Booked collection just before Christmas then return 3 months later. Both Maurice and Nati helped us each time and we couldn't wish for a better pair. We had no lift but lots of stairs which they took in their stride. They helped keep everything safe and get awkward large furniture down and up safely . Managed to get it all done quickly and with a happy attitude. 5/5,10/10 full marks from us and recommended to friends!

What an amazing company! From start to finish the customer service has been top notch. When booking I had no idea what I needed / was after really but 45 mins later & Anneshia had me sorted! Prior to moving day I received 2 emails on separate days confirming my booking. On the day, I rang the customer service team and requested mattress protectors (sorted no problem) and then got a call from the loaders to confirm they were on their way….we had 3 loaders & 5 pods. Tom & his team were extremely well organised and used every inch of space available whilst ensuring they packed with care. I would highly recommend using easystorage! Good price, great customer service, secure pods, removals included.
