I had to move from my flat in London while I was in Italy. The company came to my house (the landlord opened) and packed all my stuff without any instruction by me.
Very professional and precise.
I was quite scared about the laptop that was in my room as well. However I received all my stuff back, my laptop was there (MacBook) and I even found some banknotes (25£) that were in my drower.

A friend recommended easyStorage, and I'm really glad I chose them. This is a big move for me, and I was very tired and anxious today when the loaders came, but they gave me such a lift with their positive attitudes and willingness to tackle anything. They were just brilliant, did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I would thoroughly recommend them! I have just moved out of my flat in east London. After a few nightmarish-moves, I was beyond happy with the service I received from easyStorage. The guys were super helpful and very friendly.
I would say I took up a lot more space in the pod than anticipated (the pods are 35 sqr ft) but for the price, I'm very happy with the space provided.
Of course I haven't yet had my things removed from storage, but so far, great service.

True to their brand. Best prices, transparent, easy to book. Customer service when booking was friendly and helpful. Everything about them is genuinely easy. Dee and Mok did our collection. Worked fast and were all smiles. Dee was keen to accommodate every request, his dedication to customer service was off the charts. Compared to other companies, these guys are the best!
