Absolutely brilliant service from this lovely company. I'm very impressed with their punctuality, efficiency and honesty. I booked 2 separate storage pods and I'm very happy knowing my belongings are safe and protected. The arrangement of my belongings to be picked up went smoothly and the guys were very helpful and dedicated. I could not fault a single thing and will definitely use them again in the future.

What an amazingly easy service. They were here super on time (in fact a little earlier) They moved everything, and was in and out within an hour, filled up my pod. Bradley / Mo & Michael were amazing. Hope they have a great Xmas.

Fantastic service from pick up, to drop off. Items were stored for 3 months, and returned back to me at my new address. Two great delivery drivers, very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. My only niggle was they put the redelivery charge up £25, but all in all, was great.

They came bang on time, they were professional, friendly, efficient and the process was smooth. No nonsense, job very well done. My wife is pregnant so we are clearing space for a baby and they were sooooo good! Couldn’t have been more impressed by them and their service.

I had my whole 1 bed flat packed and stored away with easyStorage for 15 months due to the awful housing situation in London. The storage price was good, I think the most economical I found when i was looking. The only downside is that i could only access my pod during weekdays between working hours and i had to book it at least 2 days in advance so taking days off work just to access my stuff was not the best but i guess you can't have a low price as well as easy access and a central London location.. (mine was in Rainham)
Now that I have experienced both the collection AND the return of my items I can honestly say that the 5 stars go to the collection and return teams!
On both occasions the guys were absolutely lovely and handled my stuff carefully. So friendly and nice, not just a "quick load and off we go" kind of service. Really impressed!!
Upon returning my pod, Bradley, Mo and David were so thoughtful that they even put shoe covers on while carrying things into the property as it was a rainy day and the flat fully carpeted. I cannot thank them enough for having made the return of my things so stress free!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would - sometimes the stress that can be alleviated by a certain service is so much more than what you can rate here.

Professional friendly team from Glasgow. Stored very well at depot no damage or warping to items and no damp or mould even after a year and a half. Customer service were very helpful and organising the return of our pods was very easy. Would definitely use again!

Found via a Google search and thanks to many of these reviews we booked. Far more economical than a traditional storage unit which we require for a minimum of 6 months. Lenny, Jon and Taye were extremely friendly and efficient and made a stressful process end seamlessly.
