A pleasure to deal with , everything was handled professionally and nothing was an issue. I received a telephone call as promised 30 minutes before the guys arrived , everything was taken care of and no stress for me. , Mark and Bradley were brilliant and very helpful. I was a little anxious about moving and getting all my stuff out, but the guys were so friendly and made it so easy! Very quick and efficient, even with all my heavy packed books. I really appreciate it, and will be looking to this service in the future if/when I need to store again!

The Glasgow easyStorage team are worth every penny! Alex, Paul, and Craig did my removal and, 9 months later, my return. The care really shows in the fact they remembered my removal! They take a lot of care to respect your property and possessions, patience to put everything how and where you want it, and always willing to help dismantle or reassemble your furniture and problem solve if you want them to, but they'll probably offer, they are just decent like that. They made moving a dream for me twice and they do it with huge positivity and good banter. Can't thank them or recommend them highly enough!!

I phoned and arranged to have items moved into storage the next day. Toran was most helpful on the phone in arranging everything. Prior to collection I received a half hour notice call and the collection guys were very helpful and professional. A great experience all round.

Zack & Tariq were friendly, efficient and true professionals. They cleared out my dads belongings onto the truck swiftly with no issues. Some of the boxes were quite heavy but they were happy to proceed. Thank you both for all your help.

Great service from choosing storage options to collection. Ed and Dan provided a first class service on the day. Kept us informed of their arrival time, skilfully packed all our stuff into the pods and reassured us when it poured with rain! All pods securely shut and tagged before leaving.

Great rate deal and fantastic crew (Jerry, Jonathan and Hammad) who helped in loading the pod according to the way I’ve requested to be well organised and easier to manage my goods in case I need access.
The reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because, ideally it’d be amazing if there were more easystorages in other London areas, at least zone 3 and 4. Also, I’m not very happy in having to book access to the storage within 2 working days in advance of my visit, plus being allowed to manage my stuff with only 1h for free instead of having 24h free access without charge comparing to other companies in the market.
