Very good, due to issues with the van first thing they were delayed but kept me informed and checked if I needed to be anywhere later in the day.
Both Lenny and Godfrey were respectful towards me and the property, especially when confronted by a stubborn sofa.

I had a seamless experience with easyStorage. Gavin, Boris, and Kawal handled my items with care and skillfully planned the packing. They even managed to fit all my belongings into a single POD, showing great thought and effort in optimizing the storage. Great service!

I would highly recommend using the moving service with Easy Storage. The movers were friendly, respectful and incredibly patient, whilst I dashed around. Moving can be very stressful but my movers made this as easy as possible!

The easy storage team were able to attend my property earlier than my time slot which was great! Very organised and simply got on with the loading. Very considerate of my items, some of which were breakable and also to my property when removing them. Very impressed so far and would certainly recommend to friends & family. Just so hassle free.

EasyStorage came up trumps again. I had arranged for them to return my belongings today which were going into my new home office at the end of my garden. Access would normally be easy but because the water company are replacing pipes locally the usual access was inaccessible. It did nor faze the EasyStorage team, who went above and beyond to get the job done. They are amazing, a quality service and excellent value for money.

Moved out of my flat, put my boxes in storage, and just had them delivered back to me. The movers were very helpful and careful. Jerry, Godfred, and Lenny were extra helpful and kind. That was such a great experience. Super easy to book, low prices and timely collection.

Very good service from initial telephone booking to uplift of furniture. Communication via email throughout process was good. When a change to slot time this was communicated and agreed to. Alex and Paddy did a great job putting furniture into storage van unit and used one unit for it all. Very happy.

Initially I was unhappy that they came later than expected. However, Lee and Darnell were absolutely AMAZING. Service with a smile, happily did the work. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable as I was alone. And also had great energy around them and got it done efficiently.
I am disappointed that they had absolutely NO support equipment (shoulder dolly or back support etc.) Considering they had to lift a freezer and washing machine. They did it happily but I think it's wrong that as an employer to these workers - you should provide them necessities as I've mentioned above to make the work easier and also take off unnecessary loads
