Liam and Thomas came today, I really appreciate that they were polite, quick and respectful of me and my belongings. I was concerned I wouldn't fit everything in 1 pod so I ordered 2. As it all fitted in 1 I was assured I would be refunded back the cost of the 2nd which was a relief. Excellent customer service on the phone too. I was called beforehand to check everything was in order, I didn't have to call them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Have used easy storage before and had excellent service. Used again and service same standard. In these days this is remarkable.

Paddy, Pete & Derek were brilliant, notified me of their arrival, had everything moved in and placed in the appropriate rooms in 40 minutes and were polite, friendly, tidy and extremely professional. Give them a bonus immediately, I couldn't have been more delighted with the service from start to finish.

I will start with my experience via the telephone, Toran gave me excellent customer service. He also gave me quotes so low I couldn't have gotten them cheaper elsewhere.
Amazingly, my stuff was also moved for free and as Toran said to me on the telephone, I didn't lift a finger.
Oliver and Richard were fantastic! They gave me professional advice, worked with ease and were fast and efficient. I was even informed that my stuff would be brought to me whenever and wherever I needed them! Isn't that wonderful?!
I will recommend EasyStorage anytime.

Customer service over the phone has always been good. Polite, real humans, get the sense they are doing their best. Hope this stays this way as EasyStorage gets more popular.
I had two pods returned, and paid congestion charge fees for each one, which leaves a bad taste, as they were on the same van. Return was not even in the CC zone, altho appreciate they may have needed to drive through it for speed. So that's why it's 4/5.
Update: EasyStorage were in touch as a result of this review and refunded one of the charges, many thanks to them for that, it was much appreciated.

Every interaction I have had with this company has impressed me. They are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The men who came to collect our items were fantastic. Professional, tidy, respectful, friendly and fast.
The pod system is really efficient and we were credited money back once it became apparent our stuff would fit in one pod instead of the two I had originally requested.

Easystorage was the best choice for us. We researched lots of options in London and this was the cheapest. The pick up seemed unnecessarily but trust me when I say, so worth it! It made the process so EASY and the guys - Tariq, Trevor and Bradley were great! They did everything so speedy, had their best methods and muscles to go with it 😁 what's even better, the van come with your Pod already in the van, so they literally just load your stuff and then seal it in front on you, ready to be stored in storage. We went with 35sq ft which was waay bigger then expected and it fit a lot!
Seriously we have been recommending it to everyone now! The staff on call was also really helpful and nice beforehand! It's an easy choice 😉

Both drivers were incredibly helpful, the space we got was the smallest option and we could fit all we had and we still had the container EMPTY. Guys the service was 10/10 thank you very much :)
