Amazing friendly service. Tim amd 2 other men arrived . Nothing was too much trouble and worked hard to fit everything in one container. They never complained even about the twisty stairs. And all had a nice sense of humour and made the experience very fast and efficient. Extremely impressed from the first call to arrange it and right through to the email to confirm the storage unit had arrived safely at its final destination. Will definitely recommend this service

Easystorage managed to arrange the collection at very short notice and the rate was very favourable. But biggest thanks go to the two removal men. They came early and worked tirelessly to get my stuff packed up. They were friendly, courteous and with a sense of humour which made an extremely stressful move so much easier. Thank you so much - I would recommend you without hesitation :-)

My experience was great! While I was annoyed that there is a about 140 pound delivery fee when returning the items, overall my experience was great. For return today they arrived in the booked time slot, Lenny and Samson were nice and were very efficient in bringing up my belongings. But truly the best part of my experience was how they dealt with a mistake they made. I booked the collection on the phone with one of their employees who accidentally put in the wrong date, which I didn’t realize until my booked time slot for collection had already almost passed. When I called their customer service I was transferred to Kris, who was the nicest person and incredibly apologetic. He considered all the different solutions for how to pick up my stuff that day as I had to move out of my accommodation. Because no other truck was available to come and collect my belongings, he came himself with his own car even though he was more than hour away. I had quite a bit of stuff, but he managed to fit all my belongings in his car and at the end even sent me a picture of my belongings in the storage to confirm. He truly went above and beyond!!

Blair, Barry and George were really great when they came to Weybridge, they were making jokes, and this made the experience we had so much easier. They were the best removal experience we've had. They even managed to fit our things into two pods, thus reducing our storage fee, and went out of their way to do this. Blair, Barry and George were thoroughly professional in their manner and the way they went about their business. With this experience today we have no hesitation in recommending Easy Storage if their employees are as great as Blair, Barry and George.

It was great team work! Paul and Craig lifted all furniture and boxes so easy and quick, and really carefully! And guys are so smily and positive, even already filled two storages before they came to me! I’m very much liked the experience with easystorage company, definitely would recommend!!!
