Extremely seamless and excellent service for both pick up and drop off of my luggage. Both my flatmates had issues with another company they used and I had absolutely none with easystorage. Blafr, Blay and Omar were also super friendly and experienced - would recommend to anyone else looking to move flats as they secure all of your items in a massive wooden box that gets locked/unlocked in front of you at pick up/drop off, so super secure too.

I contacted Easy storage and spoke to the consultant who went through everything clearly. We discussed what I needed to go into storage and they worked out the best size. I have been kept informed with emails. On the day of collection the team called first and were there as they said. Nothing was a problem for them.

We had our pick up from Edinburgh this morning. Everything was moved from our flat into the van in under 20 minutes and the two guys who were doing the pick up were great (I think their names were Eric and Arran) - excellent customer service, and super efficient! Talked us through all the next steps and answered our questions, putting our minds at ease as it was the first time we have used Easy Storage.

I had a really positive experience with the collection of my items. They sent three staff - David, Michael and Lennie - who were great. Very proactive, efficient, helpful and friendly. A totally different experience to one I had back in July with a different company. Very pleased with easystorage so far and would definitely recommend.

Brilliant! Super professional job, lots of care and attention. I ordered two crates unsure of exact space I’d need, the team fitted it into one and refunded the second. Can I give more than 10/10? Easy storage are just fantastic. Had my storage delivered today , communication was great. When you book your day in the time slot is quite long but the rep phoned and advised me of the eta, which is so helpful. Jack & luke today couldn't do enough & deserve a pay rise as the lifting & manoeuvring were quite challenging. Thanks guys for your help today . Highly recommend Easy Storage . Donna Dobson

Had a great storage/moving experience with easy storage! Kevin and Blair helped us move our whole home across London, with storage for two weeks! Everything came back intact (many breakables - glassware, fragile crockery) and they were both very helpful, carrying our very heavy boxes up the stairs! Would definitely use again and couldn't recommend more for storage and delivery.

Kevin, Blay and Blair were remarkably helpful. They called me in advance, making sure I was prepared and everything was okay. They were polite and courteous. Most of all, they were efficient — quietly descending two flights of stairs with heavy music equipment. Such a friendly team.
