The two men (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) who delivered our pod were excellent and very professional. They even dismantled a wardrobe for me after unloading the furniture! Will definitely use easy store again. Thank you 🙏

Excellent service, staff were very professional and made light work of what seemed like an inordinate amount of stuff needing to be taken down two flights of stairs. They were friendly and competent and made the whole thing really easy.

Dan and Lawrence were absolutely brilliant from Start to finish. They worked tirelessly hard and at the same time were very careful with our furniture. Great communication from them both and the company as a whole. We had regular texts and calls to let us know any information along the way. I would highly recommend Easystorage and if you're lucky enough to get Lawrence and Dan, you won't be disappointed!

The 3 man team called to notify what time they would arrive beforehand which was great. Then Lenny, David and Aaron were all very friendly, professional and experienced in moving and packing the pods efficiently so that all space was utilised and we could fit more than we had expected.

Moving into a new studio and Gareth and Joshua were amazing! Most of my stored items were drawings and paintings and paints/ easels (Very delicate!) and despite not being able to get the van right up to the entrance- low railway arch, Joshua was super, helping me get it all in. Great team!

Lenny david and Samson were great. We paid for a packing service and They were friendly and very accommodating. David in particular too great care with all our fragile kitchen stuff, communicating with us the whole time. The whole experience was easy and good value.

I had to make a change to my arrangements to collect my goods from storage and the lady I dealt with on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived at the depot ahead of schedule, my pod was made available immediately and I was able to load up and get on my way quickly. Great service through the whole process!

Had an amazing, smooth, easy experience! Blair, Hammad and Jerry were our team and they were awesome. They arrived at the expected time, loaded everything up safely and quickly, and were very friendly. The pod was also much bigger than expected, and we had plenty of room to spare. Definitely recommend and will be using again!

Gary and his lovely 2 young Chaps were very respectful and friendly. They worked well as a team and were very helpful to me and each other. They worked both efficiently and professionally.
