A lovely old ground full of character. It does benefit from a 3g pitch. On my 1at visit i paid just £8 entry and £2 for an decent programme. I also saw an excellent game of football. Very skillful/exciting/good goals. Thorouhhly recommend leaving your TV footy and support some real and local football.

Hertford town fc was as l remembered it from the mid 70's but have a fantastic new pitch. This can only be good for the progress of the club going forward. Great result beat Waltham Abbey 2.1 the team have a lot of promising youngsters who their manager Ben Herd is playing in a tough league. So good luck to them.
They had a crowd around 330 .

Nice little club. Friendly staff, decent sized club house with sky sports to watch.
They have had a new cafe put in 18 months or so ago. Which I would say makes it a much better trip.
Parking is free but rather bumpy and holes everywhere. I advise to arrive early as it can fill up quickly.
I love having a good old sing song at the stable end in the 2nd half!!!
Come on you blues.
