Had a fantastic day here on bank holiday Monday. The park itself was great, the enclosures for the animals were nice. You can see how well all of the animals are looked after in all aspects of their life. There was plenty to do and see, the prices are very reasonable. While here my wife hand fed the Tigers and it proved to be a magical experience, she had the time of her life and being up close with this big cat makes you realise how majestic they really are. All in all and fantastic day. Have to give a shout out to all staff we came into contact with, professional, friendly and a credit to the park.

Visited on Easter Monday, fortunate to have great weather. We loved the compact arrangement, could see and do lots in the day without feeling exhausted even though it was very warm. Kids loved the dinosaur section, which which had the most non-human movement and sound.
The big cats were all asleep, but then they don't have to hunt for food and have probably exhausted all conversation over breakfast, so can't blame them.
The stage shows were a nice break.
Restaurant is decent.

Took 3 of our children here over the Easter break, much more expensive to get in now ( we paid £97 for a family ticket - 2 adults & 3 kids on the gate as you can't buy family tickets online ) for us personally it wasn't that great day out as expected as it is more set up for younger children ( even though our daughter is 7, she wanted to leave after a few hours ). The new dinosaur area is really good but not obviously real so whats the point. Wanted to see the new lion enclosure especially but it wasn't ready and few other animals being moved around. The catering could do with being upgraded, it was too overpriced and outdated. You might aswell put a McDonalds in there. Bit of a let down:(

Good view of animals and variety. Although parts of park could do with being fixed up. From 4inch nails laying loose or hanging out of play park structures, to wooden steps missing grip tape and being very slippery. But it does make a nice day out (if your watchful of young children) and visiting midweek is better than weekends due to less crowds.

Very pleased with day and activities until I came home and realised the lady at animal feed counter where we buy bags of feeds gave me 2x 1euro coins instead of pound sterling. Not happy and should not happen in such a place. Was paying attention to my child and did not think could be given euros at change. Really stupid and annoying. Pity because had a great day otherwise but this dampened the experienced.
