Arrived to be greeted by an odd queuing system to get tickets. It was more like a free for all. Anyway we got in and headed straight for the animals. Impressive zoo with a lot of exhibits.

My friend bought this trip for my birthday, it was absolutely fantastic! The park is clean, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! Hannah, our tour guide, was brilliant! She had plenty of great stories about the animals she was happy to share with us! Fantastic trip, will definitely be going again!

Went to Paradise Park last Wednesday and have a fanastic day
Virtually all the animals were on display and enjoying the sunshine.
They are all in excellent condition and the keepers are always so helpful and
willing to answer any questions you may have on the animals.
The park is very accessible for wheelchair users, there is plenty of play areas for
the kids to enjoy. A very easy place to walk around and plenty of different animals
to see. It has something for everyone, would highly recommend it to anybody who
loves animals.

Absolutely fantastic. Really knowledgeable guide, you could tell she is very passionate about the Snow Leopards. The animals are so well looked after

My four year old absolutely loved the dinosaur park and play grounds.

The zoo is good but could do with some gardening so you can see the animals easily. Some of the buildings and attractions are also currently being refurbished.

The service in the safari restaurant is shocking it’s like an episode of Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen nightmares, with staff arguing with each other and fast food taking 15mins to be served.

That aside it’s a good day out

I have ben to the wildlife park a few times an found that that there is something for everyone from speedway place to a gift shop, they have bird demonstrations talk on other animals like the Tigers Penguins and other animals. They have 2 or 3 places to eat as well as little stalls where you can get Hot Dogs etc, price's are not to bad but you can get them cheaper if you order online.
They do events like Marriages, christenings, and birthday parties.

I came here with my family and partner for his birthday. We fed some lions and it was such a fantastic experience. All of the staff and keepers are so friendly and you learn so much about the wonderful animals. The park itself is very well organised and safe. We all had so much fun!

I highly recommend anyone to come here and enjoy the park, animals or an experience.

I went with my 2 year old son and he totally loved it, The overall park is really cater for young children plenty of play grounds and shows for them.

my son loves dinosaurs and the park was really good with their dinosaurs, they also had small kids show about dinosaurs which he loved and played along with them

The kids pool was great also my son jumped straight in and it’s great size with small slide

Overall Great place for young toddlers which has all features for a great day, the food service needs to improve to make it a five star

Negative
They have indoor play centre with restaurants staff are great just the menu is very limited, my son loves chips and they don’t have this in their menu
There is one main restaurant but this gets really busy and i had to wait 45 minutes and all this could be avoided if they can have same menu in all the restaurants

This is a great place for a half day visit
Very clever Dinosaur Park which will be very exciting as scary for youngsters.
The have the usual petting and feeding areas

And of course the wild animals!
All in all not a bad spot, £20 quid for an adult, I can think of worse things I could spend my money on ?

Enjoy

After a very dissappointing 3rd birthday (son was poorly, wet weather, half play areas were closed)
We decided to try again this year as the new addition of dinosaurs and better weather tempted us.
It cost us a bit over £52 online for 2 adults and one child.
This time was so much better!
My son is very into his dinosaurs and the whole dinosaur attraction is excellant. Still in the early stages so still some room for upgrading, plants arent mature and it seemed there were still some issued with the dinosaurs, the extra £2 pp for the dinosaur train seemed a bit cheeky as the extra dinosaurs are of substandard quality to those on the path but im hoping the revenue will provide a better experience in the future.
The dino shop had some great products and the pricing was fair.
Icecreams on the other hand are grossly overpriced! £2.80 for a small icecream just seems greedy.
The rest of the park was much the same as our last visit, but i cant believe i paid that price last year without the dinosaurs.
The play areas are great and theres lots of variety, i think the viewing areas for the big cats are fantastic.
Keep on upgrading and we'll be back.

We visited on a sunny Bank Holiday Sunday and had a great time. The new dinosaur area is great and very realistic - clearly a lot of money has been spent on it! The lovely man who was standing at the entrance told us that there would be more changes to come to the park. My son saw a show which he enjoyed and my daughter liked taking photos of the sunbathing lions. Was a roasting hot day and they did need to sort out their ice-cream situation as they had almost run out of them all by about 1pm when we got one. Splash park is fun but the water did look a bit murky. Both children still alive though so it can't have been that dirty! Parking is now free again - a very sensible decision. Get the adult tickets pre-booked online with code pwp20 for a 20% discount and use the free children's tickets on the back of the Safari Sam books on sale at the payment kiosks (although apparently they can't be used on the day you by them?) for a cheap day out. Friendly staff.

My daughter and I bought a Buy-a-Gift Afternoon Tea with the Tigers. We arrived early in the day on Friday 21st April, and were immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff both on reception and in the café where we bought breakfast. We were very lucky that the sun was shining for a change, and we walked around all the enclosures where we saw all sorts of animals, who looked healthy and happy (to my eyes, at least). We saw a snow leopard, cheetah, jaguar, white tiger, tiger, white lion in the cat enclosures. There were many other animals to see as well. We assembled at the Discovery Centre for the group talk with a female member of staff, where tea and biscuits were provided. We were then taken on a tour of the cats, and were really impressed with both the interesting information we were given, and the obvious love, care and attention given to the cats, and, I am sure, all of the other animals. It is clear that the animals' welfare is the Park's prime concern. Then we went to the Treetops Café to have our afternoon tea, which was very nice, although there was a definite shortage of scones and cream so quite a few people missed out on that. The disinterested girl behind the counter, who was looking at her 'phone most of the time, said they didn't have any more when someone asked for them. That was the only sour note during our visit. We then had another look at the cats, and were rewarded by the sight of the lion (who had been asleep all day) standing on some high rocks, roaring. After that, a quick visit to the fabulous dinosaur park, gasping at the huge, scary, moving, roaring models, and a photo each sitting in the "Jurassic Park" type jeep "being pursued" by a dinosaur. Fantastic value for money and lots of fun. Thank you Paradise Wildlife Park; keep up the good work!

Visited as was given a red letter day ‘meet the meerkats’ experience and this was the location. Had never heard of this zoo before even though we only live about 20 miles away. The location is lovely right in the middle of a wood. Nice big car park at no extra charge. We went to the experience centre and was greeted by a member of staff who offered us a drink and gave us a goody bag before the zoo keeper arrived to take us on the experience. We walked through the park and I was most impressed by how clean and spacious it was. It is very well maintained and once we got to the meerkat enclosure the experience began. Food was put out for them and they climbed all over us and enjoyed a good cuddle. The keeper was very informative and took photos for us. It lasted about 30 minutes and we really enjoyed it. Afterwards we walked around the rest of the zoo and although it is quite small it is perfectly formed if you have children they would enjoy it as there’s lots for them to see and do. It was a great day out and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Travelled a couple of hours to visit the park - well worth the effort. So much for the kids to do. Saw loads of amazing animals, had a lovely lunch, didn’t go into the indoor soft play as it was such a beautiful day but played in the park and went into the paddling pool too. The new Dinosaur Park was brilliant - very realistic! Children had a fabulous day and we could have spent a couple of days here! Will definitely be back in the summer holidays! Thank you Paradise x

This was the first time we have visited and we arrived a few hours early so we could explorer before the Junior Zookeeper Experience which was booked for 1400.
The new 'World of Dinosaurs' is really good, only been open a few weeks and modeled on Jurassic Park with a Jeep you can sit in that is being chased by a roaring T-Rex.
Another thing we really liked was how close to the animals we could get, an added bonus was the Speedway Museum - we had no idea it was here and we spent a good amount of time in here - free entry once you're in the park.
The Junior Zookeeper Experience was a bit disappointing, it was a 2 hour event and our 10 year old daughter was really looking forward to it, the first hour was basically a wander around the public area of the park and being told a few facts of the deer, foxes etc and some sweeping of a bit of concrete outside a deer hut that didn't need sweeping, we also put some hay in the deer shed.
The second hour was a bit better, we got inside the Meerkats enclosure to feed them and they climbed all over my daughter which she loved, we then went to a reptile hut where we were shown a snake and a few other interesting things, then we fed some giant tortoises and that was the end of our event.
All 3 of us got some goody bags, these bags contained an experience certificate, pen, a fridge magnet and loads of promo leaflets.
In summary, it's a great park but the zoo keeper experience was expensive for what we got, we could have easily done the interesting bits in half the time for half the cost and cut out the not so interesting bits.

We went for my daughter's 8th birthday, primarily as she loves snow leopards and had never seen one (shame they were asleep!). All the animal enclosures looked well kept and we were amazed at how close we could get to the big cats - within a couple of metres - and they are all stunningly beautiful creatures.

There are lots of other animals too and we especially enjoyed watching the penguins and otters play. The staff we spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There were lots of keeper talks and feeding activities going on, so well worth the money for a day out

The new dinosaur world is definitely worth a visit, the models are superb and when the plants and trees grow around them it will be even better.

There's also a big play area and lots of stuff to climb on for smaller children to keep them entertained.

Our only disappointment were the food outlets (the usual park / attraction problems of overpriced average junk) so next time we'll bring a picnic.

We celebrated our grandsons 3rd birthday here and had a wonderful day. Everyone had a great day. We took our own picnic and there were plenty of tables to cater for us. The grandchildren loved the dinosaurs, a lot of money and labour has been put in to make a great impact on all ages. A great family day out.

Received as a gift for wife and I. Absolutely brilliant choice. We each fed a Tiger and experienced a behind the scenes insight as to what goes on for the benefit and wellbeing of the animals in the parks care. The package included full visitation of the park for the day as well as the one to one session with the cats and their keeper who was so informative and answered every question that we had. The park was of a size that suited 2 olduns who could amble around at our own pace and see everything that was on offer. The park itself is geared towards educating the public without being 'in your face' and is a great family park that can easily keep you entertained for the day, including rides and play areas for the kids around the park. ALL of the workers that we saw had time to stop, chat and answer questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
DON'T miss the Jurassic park area, its full of life size animatronics in a setting that will be brilliant when it becomes more over grown.

Nearly 5 stars.
Went there for a birthday party. We were so lucky the weather was amazing.
Undoubtedly the best party we've ever been. Both my child and myself had a great time. I am not a fan of Zoos but I got to know they do a lot to help wildlife which is nice. Very realistic dinosaurs and plenty of fun activities.
I'd give five stars but I'm giving four as I didn't like the show where kids were allowed to touch different animals, specially an extremely old mink-like creature that appeared to be half dead.
I think children can learn a lot about animals without having to touch them causing them distress.

Overall a fantastic day!

We visited here yesterday as a couple and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Zoo side.

The place is pretty clean and certainly in not shabby state so it is not like London Zoo or worse anything run by the Merlin Entertainment mob!

Animals great, toilets not so great as old portacabins are pretty grim and very dated - and rotten.

Food was ok and reasonably priced and poor Callum in one venue clearly over worked but not as under worked as the rumble jumble or something place where staffing fell flat. One girl served whilst her dead behind the eyes side kick stood and watched everyone queue.....

Dinosaurs are well presented and crazy golf is fun so all in all not a bad day out!

We visited here today, with 3 kids under 6. We had a lovely day. The dinosaur attraction was impressive. We managed to see all of the big cats very close up, within a couple of metres which was amazing. There are lots of play areas and attractions to keep the children entertained including a paddling pool area. We would recommend this place for a great day out. Reasonable entry price too.

This was our second visit to Paradise Wildlife Park, our first was 5 years ago. Since our last visit there is now a dinosaur attraction, which having no children with us we thought would not be to our taste. We were wrong however, this attraction is so well thought out and so professionally done it could easily match a Universal tour in the USA. Sadly the rest of the park seems to have become a children's play ground with much fewer animals than we remembered and rather cramped conditions for them. We must point out however that the animals we did see seemed to be in fantastic condition.

Went to Paradise wildlife park with the three grandchildren for my granddaughter’s third Birthday. The other 2 grandchildren are ages 6 and 8. Something for everyone to do. Quite expensive entry fees, but having said that so much for them to do and see. Spent over 4 hours here and still more we didn’t get chance to do.
We visited the animals tigers, lions, meerkats, monkeys snow leopards ,Jaguars, cheetah, camels, zebras, penguins, wolves, farmyard animals, and reptiles. Which all are well kept.
The new world of Dinosaurs which are impressive and very life like. The new sand play area kept them busy for a while . Then we went on to the soft play. This kept them all entertained for some time. They really enjoyed themselves.
So we will be back to see and do what we ran out of time on this visit to do. The children loved this day out.
