I've been a happy customer for 4 years now. I've got a couple dozen YouTube tutorials on how to use the system, have had dozens of encounters with support and a few conversations with the owner.
Lighting quick support, which is refreshing in this day & age. Most times, they are very helpful, although had some issues with some of the reps. It felt like they weren't that knowledge with the software.
It's a simple platform and great for beginners. Tough to beat the price.
The analytics are their biggest weakness. They don't offer much, and it's been a requested feature for years in the FB group. I moved on to a more robust system, as I needed to scale my business (not to say you can't with SystemeIO, I just wanted better analytics).
I tried to downgrade my account 2 months ago, and had to jump through hoops. (I was on the $97/mo plan). I was charged $97 TWICE after requesting to downgrade. They don't offer refunds, so I got screwed out of about $200.
Still a great platform, but know it's a process to downgrade your account. In their defense, most software companies make you "jump through hoops" to downgrade/cancel, unfortunately.

I have been using Systeme.io for a long time. Recently, I had to reach out to support. I receive an answer to my request every time AND they are fast. They are willing to go the extra mile to help me and I really appreciate that because I am not technical AT ALL. I would recommend Systeme every time for not only their products but their support is the best. Thank you Systeme team!

When I emailed a question, the response was in only two hours! Usually most customer services take 24-48 hours to respond.
The customer service attached a screenshot of my actual page that was the issue and where to click to solve the problem. Very good experience. I was able to solve the problem with their help.

I changed to systeme from clickfunnels. This team transferred all my pages and funnels for me. (It did take weeks.)
When time came to switch my URL to what they had built, the support team was responsive and very fast to get back to each question I had and clear up confusion, pointing me to articles AND putting screenshots in the email thread for me so I could follow.
I love the tenacity and professionalism and hand-holding they did with me while I transitioned my site, as well as the detailed answers and quick responses after my stuff was transferred over.

Systeme.io is not only a great one-stop-shop platform, their support team is phenomenal. They always respond within 24 hours with a detailed, step-by-step answer. If there's a back-and-forth with your "ticket," you never have to worry about getting dropped or lost. They will not rest until your problem is solved!

I joined systeme.io about a year ago. I remember vaguely something about teetering back and forth about whether I should get the free, or paid subscription at $197.00 ($217.71CAD...yes, I'm a Canadian). I remember strongly leaning towards the free subscription as I struggle with digital content and computer technology. Apparently I was enrolled in their automatic renewal subscription which came as a bit of a surprise simply because I'm not the type to invest into something I'm not good at. I asked systeme.io that I just turned 68 and on a fixed income and that I did not want to pay for something I knew nothing about. I told them that if I was enrolled in the automatic renewal, then it was by mistake and if they would kindly refund me. They told me that it was not usually their policy and not refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions (Article 3), but on rare occasions they would refund on special occasions. That was super nice of them! It's a pleasure to be on their team and platform!

The support I recieved from systeme.io was amazing customer service. I had a hard time setting things up with my domain service and they were there to help every step of the way. They made sure that I felt comfortable with things and were warm and friendly. They even went above and beyond offering help more than once that I didn't even think to ask for. I am very grateful for their help in getting all my concerns worked out!
