With so many ‘bad news’ stories in the world these days and many price rises making it increasingly difficult to juggle resources, the start of spring may have passed you by.

I love the sight and smell of new blossoms and flowers – so many beautiful colours and scents to explore. Whilst we may not yet have put away our winter clothes – the weather is bizarre these days – many of us are looking forward to getting out in the sun and feeling its warmth.

So, what makes you feel good as Spring and Summer arrive?

• Do you just like wearing brighter and lighter clothes?
• Is it the thought of a long awaited holiday?
• Do you long to get together with people you haven’t seen for ages?
• Is it time to clear out what no longer works for you and your family?
• Do you feel the need for a ‘revamp’ to get yourself into better shape as we ‘get our legs out’ for Summer?
• Is it time to find a lighter fragrance to reflect lighter days and lighter moods?

Whatever inspires you, why not give it a go? I’m finding that clear out a great weight off my mind, as well as the relief of seeing clear space again! I’m looking forward to better times ahead for all of us, even if those better times seem to have moved like the proverbial goalposts!
