One of the nurses, Siobhan, at Chestnut Vets has recently hosted another puppy party for some of the newest pets registered. The party gave the puppies a chance to come to the vets and have fun, rather than experiencing the negative aspects of visiting the vets, such as vaccines and examinations!
Whilst the puppies got to know each other, owners had the chance to chat to the qualified veterinary nurses about the care of their puppy.
These parties are free to clients at Chestnut Vets and offer a great opportunity for new puppies to socialise in small groups, whilst gaining a positive association with the vets and nurses. Owners also went away with a party bag of goodies to help with the care of their puppy!
