The power of human touch is a far reaching one, it feels good, but it’s benefits are far deeper than that.

Massage changes your physiology, which means that there is not a condition that doesn’t respond positively to it.

Massage helps you sleep better, it helps treat back pain, it helps fight off infections by increasing your immune system and increasing white blood cell count, it can reduce the occurrence of migraine, improve alertness, increase circulation, be good for stress relief and relaxation and help with better posture and joint problems. It can help reduce anxiety and promote feelings of well being.

An occasional massage leaves you feeling great, but a regular massage can do so much more, it builds on itself helping your body to maintain it’s relaxed state.

There are many different kinds of massage, I offer Swedish Massage, a deep tissue massage that is effective at releasing muscle tension and relaxation too.

Aromatherapy that can treat a whole host of different issues with blends of essential oils. It is a deeply relaxing treatment running over the surface of your skin.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage which helps directly with your immune system and also help with swelling of tissue as long as it’s not accompanied with broken skin.

I offer other treatments which include massage, Facials use massage to help plump slack skin and to encourage lymph drainage to remove toxins from your skin and let nutrients in, it also adds vitality to a dull complexion. Manicures and pedicures also have a massage element which helps also with joint mobility.

All types of massage have far reaching benefits for your physical and mental health.
