The patient in the video is Chestnut's resident cat Scooter. Scooter broke her back when she was a kitten by falling out of a flat window, and cannot use her back legs. When you visit Chestnut Vets in Hoe Lane, Ware, you are likely to see her asleep on the reception desk!
