I recently heard a story about how a fish and chip shop managed to add £15,000 to their bottom line in a year.
This got my attention, how on earth did they manage to do that?
Well the answer was very simple.
They asked every customer "Would you like a wally with that?".
By consistently asking their customers if they would like an additional low ticket item with their purchase they added a huge amount to their net income.
So, would you like to add £15,000 to your company's bottom line? If so ask yourself what's your wally?
