The Hertford lettings company will be exhibiting at The Business Showcase exhibition in Ware on September 27th and is inviting visitors to enter its free Porsche draw by simply dropping off a business card at its stand (terms and conditions apply*).
Knight Property Management director Jan Hunter, said: “We are really looking forward to exhibiting at The Business Showcase and we wanted to come up with a way of meeting as many local businesses as possible. Even if you’re not a car enthusiast who wouldn’t want the chance to drive a Porsche?”
Fellow director and chartered surveyor, David Porter, added: “We thought this would be a great way for us to network, hopefully make lots of new business contacts and also make somebody’s day in the process!”
In addition to running Knight Property Management, Jan and David have published a guide to the rental market called “50½ Killer Tips for Landlords”. They will have copies available at the exhibition (also available to download at www.knightpm.co.uk) as well as being on hand to offer professional property management advice.
The lucky winner of the draw will be given the keys to a Porsche Panamera Diesel for a long weekend, which has been donated by Porsche Hatfield. The car will be turning heads in the hotel’s car park where it will be on display during the exhibition which takes place at The Roebuck Hotel, Ware on Thursday September 27 from 10am to 4pm. Entrance is free to visitors and in addition to exhibitors’ stands there will be a number of free seminars and workshops throughout the day.
