We recently had a customer pop by with an antique engagement ring. She bought it in with concerns that it was too thin, and quite rightly so.
On closer inspection the settings were damaged through general wear and tear and the ring was indeed getting quite thin. As our customer loved her ring, we suggested that we copy the ring exactly on our CAD system so she would have peace of mind that she would receive the exact ring back just a slightly chunkier version.
Once our customer had agreed to the visual we cracked on with making it and it was complete in 4 weeks!
Our customer collected her ring and had a wonderful grin from ear to ear, she was incredibly pleased with the service and the CAD system to ensure she got exactly what she wanted. We even bought her old gold from her and gave her a bit of discount off of the final price.
