Hertford County Yacht Club is situated just outside Ware.
Hertford County Yacht Club is a friendly yacht club available for everyone from the casual sailor to the racing enthusiast.
Membership:
- Family Member - full member with voting rights for two adults and their children under 26
- Individual Member - full member with voting rights for one adult
- Non-sailing Member (also known as 'social membership') - no voting rights and are not entitled to a dinghy park space
- Junior - membership for a child under 18 to be added to an adult membership.
All children under 18 must be associated with an adult membership and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the club. This can be covered by the Junior membership with a parent who is a non-sailing member.
Fees:
- Family Membership - £11 per month, discounted to £120 for annual paymment (Full Membership including partner and children or grandchildren under 26 or in full time education)
- Individual Membership - £10 per month, discounted to £95 for annual payment (Full Membership for adults aged 18 or over)
- Non-sailing Membership - £30 per year
- Junior - £30 per year (must be associated with an adult membership)
Joining fees are waived for 2021
Dinghy Park space £35 per year, or £3.50 monthly (rolling 12 months, or pro-rata to align with your membership year)
Trailer Park space £25 per year (rolling 12 months, or pro-rata to align with your membership year)
Memberships are renewed 12 months from when you join.
