The Board of Trustees conducts the business of the Federation in co-operation with the National Federation of Women's Institutes (NFWI). It arranges the time and place of meetings and authorises schemes of work. It advises on staff appointments, salaries, office equipment and maintenance of Stuart Lodge, the Federation Office, in High Wycombe. It is responsible for the supervision and administration of the finance of the Federation and it receives and considers all Sub-Committee budgets and recommendations.
