Connexions is a local authority funded service for young people. Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) fund Connexions Buckinghamshire to:
Support learners for whom BCC has a statutory duty including those with Statements of Special Educational Needs and those with Education, Health and Care Plans
Support young people who are not in education, employment or training and have multiple barriers to re-engage in learning or employment
Support vulnerable young people in PRUs
Work with young people who are known to the Youth Offending Service
Support young people in care and those being supported by the After Care Team with special educational needs or Education, Health and Care Plans.
