The brand new Wycombe Leisure Centre is a great location for self protection classes in Karate. Trainees benefit from a large designated car park, male and female changing and showering facilities, and an area where people coming straight from work can relax or read before training, or wait while a self defence or fitness orientated karate class is being held.
These self defence focused martial arts classes are for mature teenagers aged 13+ and adults.
