In this month's meeting of the Bucks Pottery and Sculpture Society our guest speaker will be London based ceramicist Fay De Winter.
Fay mainly creates pieces using porcelain clay, exploring different perspectives of nature, and travelling around the world to collect cultural curio that she finds inspiration from. She believes objects tell stories of people's lives, often holding personal and collective meanings of a particular time, place and event. Examples of her work can be seen at www.stateofclay.com.
The meeting will be held at Little Kingshill Village Hall (HP16 0DZ) on Friday 28th March from 8-10pm. Entry is free for BPSS members, £5 for visitors. For more information about the Society see our website www.buckspotters.com - we are also on Facebook and Instagram.
