Michael Sobell Hospice Charity (MHSC) is bringing back its annual Sponsored Walk on Sunday 18th September – a three or seven-mile woodland stroll - first launched in 1984, which will see walkers and their four-legged friends pounding through Northwood, Moor Park and Rickmansworth to raise much-needed funds for the local hospice.
Budding bakers are being encouraged to rustle up home-made cakes as part of a baking competition in honour of Her Majesty’s forthcoming 90th birthday, taking place at the annual Michael Sobell Hospice (MSH) Vintage Affair event on Sunday 10th July, at the Michael Sobell Centre, Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, 10.00am-5.00pm.
