Cancer Centre to open at Mount Vernon
A £1.43 million complex at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood will open this month. The complex has been built to provide Chemotherapy patients to provide better relaxing facilities.
Funded entirely on donations and grants the 5 years of planning and construction have finally come to an end and patients will be able to use and see the benefits for themselves.

The new complex features 19 Treatment chairs, 2 beds, 3 consulting rooms and a counselling room. As well as a 18 bed oncology ward.
The centre willaccommodate about 1,500 patients each year with cancer patients coming from all over the Borough, London, Herts and beyond.
