On her latest corporate assignment, photographing the Annual Management Conference for Focus DIY, Lesley found herself with an opportunity to snap a celebrity. The event was held at the Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel and hosted by comedian Ed Byrne.
If you read Lesley’s fabulous testimonials on the bestofhinckley Artography feature you will note that it is usually Lesley putting people at ease with her bubbly personality and friendly sense of humour. On this occasion however it was Ed Byrne getting all the laughs from the Focus staff with a few carefully selected DIY focussed jokes and the occasional swipe at Focus’ competitors!
A series of just some of the Ed Byrne snaps are shown below but overall the photographic assignment for Focus DIY went very well but had the added bonus for Lesley of being a good laugh. I can’t see any camera shake in the photographs though – well done Lesley, was it the latest ‘anti-shake’ technology on your camera or were you just holding your breath?
The Communications and Customer Care Manager at Focus DIY said "These are the best images I've seen of our awards ceremonies over the years!". Well that only goes to reinforce what the other 36 clients have had to say about Lesley and Artography to date on the bestofhinckley!
