The Tudor Care Home is newly refurbished building that is situated at 68 Tudor Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 0EQ and managed by Cindy Nicholls BSc. Sociology (Hons.) who has 13 years experience in social care. The care home has a warm, homely feel and is registered for up to eight residents requiring residential elderly care, Dementia care or with physical disabilities.
The accommodation is on two levels with a stair lift to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with en-suite facilities, which is most suitable for a resident with physical disabilities that may require access for a wheelchair, hoist or other handling equipment. The ground floor also has two lounges, one with dining facilities, plus a kitchen and toilets.
All the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms are roomy and include fitted wardrobes, carpets, armchair and wash basins and one of these rooms is large enough to accommodate a couple if required. There are also two shower rooms and a full bathroom on this floor.
