Just to add to the comments above, I 100% agree that Nicola is a real gem. She's patient, friendly, honest and professional!
I went to a couple of other bridal shops where the staff/owners there really made me feel uncomfortable if I spent too long or tried on too many dresses (in their opinion). Your dress is a big decision and is probably the most money you'll ever spend on an outfit and so it's very important that you don't feel rushed.
A friend recommended The White Wardrobe to me and I wasn't disappointed. Nicola never pressurised me into a sale, let me take photos so that I could send to my bridesmaids back at home, held my dress back for me while I dithered about and even stayed late one evening so that I could try my dress on again to make sure that it was THE one!
Because of this excellent service, I returned a few months later and ordered my bridesmaid dresses from The White Wardrobe too!
All in all; a great little boutique, super friendly team, a great range of dresses and good prices to be had too - go there!

The White Wardrobe is a fabulous shop full of the most beautiful dresses not just for weddings but for any special occasion.

As a nervous bride, White Wardrobe made me feel really relaxed and special when I was choosing my wedding dress. Itʼs a really lovely atmosphere and I actaully went back there for my tiara a few months later

The White Wardrobe is great...they have a really good range of dresses and the service was wonderful! Nicola was incredibly helpful and honest (v important!) and didnʼt tire of me trying on the last two dresses I had it narrowed down to at least 20 times each!! I would definitely recommend them!

The White Wardrobe is a fantastic little wedding dress shop with a friendly atmosphere and where staff provide a great personal service, making you feel very welcome. Nicola was very honest with me regarding the styles that suited which I was very grateful for, she also has the patience of a saint! The dresses are very reasonably priced and the range of bridemaid dresses is amazing. Fab shop!

The White Wardrobe is a fab little shop tucked away off the beaten track in Hitchin - I went along to find my dream dress and wasnʼt disappointed!
Nicola was brilliant, she took on board my ideas (none in particular!) and suggested styles and shapes which would work for me - and to my delight, I found my dream dress! She has the patience of a saint, was happy to take pictures of me in the various dresses and held onto my dress whilst I went away and had a think! She continued to be even more helpful by suggesting a dressmaker who was brilliant and giving brilliant advice on accessories! Well worth the visit, you never know what hidden gems sheʼll have in store - at very reasonable prices!
Could be improved by having more accessories such as jewellery/shoes!

I found Nicola at the White Wardrobe to be incredibly helpful when I was choosing my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. She really knows about dresses and about women and gave excellent recommendations. I never felt rushed or pressured and was sure that if there wasnʼt anything suitable that Nicola would be honest and tell me. Fortunately, because the range of high quality good value dresses is excellent, I found a perfectly suitable dress. Thank you White Wardrobe!
