The DHT funds and promotes the development of techniques and procedures to replace the use of animals in biomedical research and testing. The charity does not receive any funding from government and so it relies entirely on the energy and enthusiasm of its supporters to enable it to continue its work.
Kailah Eglington, Chief Executive of the Dr Hadwen Trust, said: “The holiday season is traditionally a time to say ‘thank you’ and we would like to extend our thanks to everyone who gives their time and lends their support to the Dr Hadwen Trust. Many of our supporters do so willingly without any thought of being acknowledged and we value each and every one.”
For more information on making a nomination, visit the DHT website: www.drhadwentrust.org or its Facebook page. All nominators will remain anonymous and nominations close on Friday, 7th December at 5pm.
