We seem to be very good at fostering great new businesses in Hitchin and another new one is open now using part of the premises at Hawkins on Bucklersbury.
Le Chocolat Boutique is run by chocolatier Karolin Kovacs who creates delicious (REALLY delicious) morsels of chocolate heaven. She also sells hand-made chocolates from around the world, so there's plenty of choice.
I'm not going to mention the 'V' word, but it's coming up on 14 February, so now might be the perfect time to invest in some goodies for the one you love.
