The Dr Hadwen Trust (DHT), Rhythms of the World and Angels Support Group, will benefit from a Community Ball at Hitchin Priory on 16 July 2016.
Representatives of the three charities met at the DHT charity shop in Churchyard to launch ticket sales for the event, organised by Hitchin Round Table.
Kay Miller, Group Head of Operations at the DHT, said: “We are immensely grateful to Hitchin Round Table for organising this event.
"It demonstrates fantastic community spirit and engagement when the Round Table, a charity in their own right, have put such a huge amount of effort into raising funds for three other local charities.
"We are also very grateful to Hitchin’s FC Comets youth football team who are actively supporting and promoting the event."
The event will raise funds to support a pioneering brain tumour research project for the DHT and is part of the programme of fundraising events to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Rhythms of the World. The Angels Support Group supports families with children affected by autism and are the nominated charity of the FC Comets.
Tickets, at £60 each, are available from Churchyard at the DHT shop and from Hitchin Bid. The evening includes sparkling wine on arrival, a three course meal with wine, live music and a DJ.
