We all forget things from time to time. Walk into a room and forget what you were looking for. Find something peculiar in the fridge (mine was the Marmite, while the marge was in the cupboard).
But it can become more worrying than odd incidents and if you're worried about yourself or someone around you, there's plenty of advice and information available to support Dementa Awareness Week right now.
Don't bottle it up if you're worried.
Get along to Hitchin Library and browse their books and leaflets. It might help you or someone you know.
The library's closed today (Wednesday), but to find out opening times for the rest of the week, click here: http://www.hertsdirect.org/services/libraries/findlib/libs/hit
