It's absolutely brilliant news that bestof hitchin member The Victoria Pub has been chosen to feature on BBC Look East as a good example of a businesses surviving in the recession. Hats off to Victoria Kevans who runs a great pub which has such a supportive community. Victoria is well known to support local businesses in the pub, using her recently refurbished barn to showcase local artists and exhibitions of restored furniture. She regularly has local musicians playing and her themed nights such as the recent halloween party are renowned! Check out The Vic fan page on facebook for more information.
