This Thursday (10 October) is World Mental Health Day and an event being held in Hitchin's Market Square will help promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
Mental health and wellbeing is such an important part of our lives and sometimes we let it go. This is your chance to find out more about your own mental health and that of others around you.
Organised by North Hertfordshire Health and Wellbeing Partnership, the event is called 'Five ways to keeping well' and will feature themed artwork by local artist Cathy Smale.
There are also taster therapy sessions in the Sun hotel.
Let's all stay happy and healthy and help others do the same.
