Does your mind whirl with all the things you need to do or maybe with countless ideas and goals without much focus? This can cause stress and confusion. Try the below to regain calm and focus…

WHAT IS GOING ON – Sometimes our minds whirl with all sorts of stuff and the more we think about it the more confused and intertwined all the information becomes. Bring some focus back to your life with the below task.

TASK – Get out a pen and paper. Jot down everything you’re thinking. It feels great to get the information out of your head and down on paper. This creates some distance and objectivity from the information. The next step is to put this information into an order that works for you.

  • If it’s a list of jobs you need to complete, prioritize and set dates for completion - make it realistic and achievable. Tick items off your list when completed.
  • If it is an objective you want to accomplish, work out what steps and resources you will need to achieve it and then set goals and dates for getting each step done.

And remember to celebrate your successes. WELL DONE ME :-)
