Hassle Free Christmas Parking
The Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse will once again be taking the stress out of Christmas parking in Hitchin by organising their annual charity car parking scheme, this will take place on Saturdays 12 & 19 December from 09:15 in the car parks of Hitchin Priory and Admin RE which are located on Tilehouse Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the Market Square.
You can park your car all day on the two Saturdays prior to Christmas and save yourself the hassle of driving around Hitchin to find a parking space, all for a donation of £3.
As Robert Houghton, from the Rotary Club, says ‘with plenty of signage around the town directing cars to Hitchin Priory I am sure you will have trouble free parking and, at the same time, raise money for many good causes located in and around the Hitchin area. Last year we raised £600 so, hopefully, we can beat that figure this year.’
