Hitchin's Rotary Clubs have laid on a great set of stalls and displays on the Market Place to get us all healthier and fitter.
Whether you want to be exercising more, looking at your own mental health or have concerns about medical conditions, there was plenty to look at.
There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer locally and groups were there to tell people more.
It's great to see so many local organisations and businesses coming together: all trying to help us be happier and healthier.
This weekend is a Wilde one with Rhythms of the World music, starting last night (Friday) with Kim Wilde at St Mary's Church. There's a range of music on offer through the summer, as the charity celebrates 25 years around the town.
