Tuesday 21st February sees the annual Pancake Races in Hitchin from the High Street to the Market Square which are organised by Hitchin Priory Rotary Club and are in aid of the Garden House Hospice (and other Rotary charities).
There are a number of races which local people can take part in as well as businesses who are up for the challenge.
