How many people go to organised displays rather than have fireworks in their back gardens? It can cost a fortune to buy packs of fireworks but there is something satisfying to stand in your own back yard and set them off yourself! One year we dug a great big hole and embedded a big pot of them. Mind you, this year we will need to move the rabbits inside otherwise they might get a fright!
