A new consultation is giving North Herts residents the chance to look at a number of potential sites and give their opinions.
The potential sites are proposed by local landowners and developers: seven large sites of more than 1,000 homes and 130 smaller sites.
That's a lot of sites and - if we accept the notion that new houses are necessary to home our community - we can't all say 'Not in My Back Yard'.
